About Arena Takeover
Built from
the booth.
Live experience design, creative production and the tools to run the show. Built from experience inside the booth and an understanding of the work behind the moment.

Experience
Arena Takeover.
Creative. Operations.
Show calling.
Arena Takeover
Arena Takeover brings experience calling shows, building run-of-shows, directing control rooms, scripting sponsor moments and designing opening sequences from inside the booth.
That experience spans game presentation strategy, video and motion production, audio design, sponsor activation, crew systems and show architecture.
Arena Takeover grew out of a familiar challenge: talented, passionate producers working inside systems that made the show harder to run than it needed to be. The response is practical—better creative, clearer playbooks and tools built around the people running the show.
A point of view
Every second should
feel considered.
From the first look in the building to the final cue of the night.
Design the feeling.
The game is the main event. The opening, pacing and crowd moments shape how people experience it. Emotion deserves the same attention as execution.
Make the details work together.
Video, audio, lighting, scripting and transitions should feel like one show. A cinematic idea needs a clear cue and a deliberate handoff.
Give sponsors a role in the moment.
Start with what the fan experiences. Build the brand integration around that, with a clear objective and a plan to measure it.
Build the system behind the show.
Great creative needs repeatable operations. Cue ownership, crew documentation and fallbacks give people room to do their best work.

The show.
And the tools behind it.
