Game Presentation • Pre-game

Scenario
The welcome, intro video, team entrance and national anthem need one clear running order.
Approach
Set the cue order, clock time and duration. Put the PA Script beside Production Notes, Audio, Video and Videoboard Layout.
Deliverables
A show script, PA copy, asset list and rehearsal plan.
Measurement
Rehearse the sequence, compare planned and actual timings, then review the crew’s notes.
