Information We Receive

When you submit the contact form, Arena Takeover receives the information you choose to provide: your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message. The form also uses limited technical data, including a timestamp and IP address, to reduce automated abuse and enforce short-term rate limits.

Our team may also enter business contact information provided to Arena Takeover in Orchestrator Suite to administer accounts and licences.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Arena Takeover does not sell contact-form information.

Newsletter signup asks for your first name, last name, email address and separate consent to receive Arena Takeover’s newsletter, product updates and offers. Hostinger Reach processes these requests and manages newsletter subscriptions. Confirm your email through the message in your inbox to complete signup.

Contact-form inquiries, Orchestrator accounts and business contact records entered by our team do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell newsletter addresses.

If you have previously agreed to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact info@arenatakeover.com. Unsubscribed addresses may be kept on a suppression list to prevent further marketing emails.

Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, demo use, plan choices and successful contact-form inquiries on the Arena Takeover website. Visitors who have explicitly allowed analytics may also be included in account setup and confirmed subscription purchase measurement across the Orchestrator purchase journey. Reports also include technical information such as browser and device type and approximate location.

We do not send your name, email address, organization name, contact message, private rundown content or the text you enter in the public demo to Google Analytics. We report fixed action categories and plan information, remove query strings and fragments from recorded page URLs, and reduce outside referral URLs to their website address. Campaign information is limited to approved campaign categories and numeric ad identifiers; arbitrary URL content is not included. Advertising features and automatic collection of form contents are not enabled.

Analytics is enabled by default on the Arena Takeover website, except where you have previously declined it. Your choice is stored in your browser and shared between the Arena Takeover website and Orchestrator purchase pages on our domain. Analytics cookies are set to expire after 180 days. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice. Choosing “No thanks” stops new browser analytics collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from this browser; the website and demo remain available.

If purchase measurement is pending, a temporary random withdrawal cookie, lasting up to 24 hours, lets this browser ask our server to cancel that pending measurement. This request contains the random withdrawal token, not your account details. If the browser is offline, an open website or purchase page retries when it reconnects. Withdrawal cannot recall analytics already submitted to Google and does not change your account, subscription or access. This choice applies to this browser, not your other devices.

Font purchases

Stripe processes font purchases, including the email address, billing details and payment information you enter in checkout. Arena Takeover does not receive or store your full card number. We use Stripe payment records and a private Supabase order record containing the selected family, price, payment reference, timestamps and a one-way receipt hash to verify purchases and deliver licensed downloads.

We use the email address from your confirmed Stripe checkout to send a transactional purchase email through Hostinger Mail, including your font ZIP, a private download link and installation instructions. Hostinger stores the sent message so we can confirm delivery processing and help with order support. The private order link contains a random receipt token. Keep the email and link private to return to your downloads. Our private order record also tracks email delivery status and attempts. Font purchases do not subscribe you to marketing emails. Text entered in a font preview stays in your browser and is not sent to our checkout service.

Contact-form submissions are delivered by email to Arena Takeover. Hosting and email providers may process the information as necessary to transmit and secure the message. Rate-limit records are temporary and are used only to prevent repeated automated submissions. Information may also be retained when needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation, or security issue.

Business contact records in Orchestrator Suite are stored using Supabase for account and licence administration. To ask about or correct a record, contact info@arenatakeover.com.

Your Choices

You may ask what contact information Arena Takeover retains about you, request a correction, or request deletion where there is no legal or operational reason to keep it. You can also contact Arena Takeover directly without using the web form.
