What Arena Takeover collects when you contact us, why it is needed, and the choices you have.
Last updated: July 11, 2026.
Information We Receive
When you submit the contact form, Arena Takeover receives the information you choose to provide: your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message. The form also uses limited technical data, including a timestamp and IP address, to reduce automated abuse and enforce short-term rate limits.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and determine whether Arena Takeover can help.
- To plan or deliver work you request.
- To protect the form and service from spam, abuse, and delivery failures.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Arena Takeover does not sell contact-form information.
Storage and Sharing
Form submissions are delivered by email to Arena Takeover. Hosting and email providers may process the information as necessary to transmit and secure the message. Rate-limit records are temporary and are used only to prevent repeated automated submissions. Information may also be retained when needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation, or security issue.
Your Choices
You may ask what contact information Arena Takeover retains about you, request a correction, or request deletion where there is no legal or operational reason to keep it. You can also contact Arena Takeover directly without using the web form.
Contact
For a privacy request, use the contact form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” Do not send confidential production credentials, payment information, or sensitive personal data through the general inquiry form.
