ARENA TAKEOVER FONT LICENSE Version 1.0 — October 16, 2026
This license applies to the Arena Riptide, Arena Relay and/or Arena Blackcrest families identified in your purchase receipt. A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
1. YOUR LICENSE
Arena Takeover grants the purchasing individual or single legal organization a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased font family. The license covers up to five named users working for that individual or organization. A named user may use the fonts on their work computers. Contractors working solely on the license holder's behalf may occupy one of those five seats and must delete their copies when that work ends. Other legal entities, including subsidiaries, require their own licenses.
2. PERMITTED COMMERCIAL USE
You may create unlimited finished print, packaging, merchandise, branding, social media, images, video, broadcast graphics, and venue display graphics. You may use the included WOFF2 files on websites owned and operated by the license holder, with unlimited domains and page views. Hosting those webfonts solely to render those websites is permitted. Reasonable steps must be taken to avoid presenting the font files as a general-purpose download.
You may create commissioned static graphics and finished video for clients. Clients may use those finished deliverables without purchasing the fonts. Font files, or editable files that require the client to have the fonts, must not be transferred with the deliverables. A client who needs to install or edit with the fonts must obtain their own license. Rasterized artwork and outlined lettering in finished designs are permitted.
3. USES REQUIRING A SEPARATE LICENSE
This license does not permit embedding font files in apps or games; embedding them in templates or products for third-party editing; or making them available through a SaaS product, online design tool, font service, or other service where third parties can compose or edit text with the fonts. 4. FILE RESTRICTIONS
Do not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or offer the font files as a standalone product or download. Do not transfer the license to another organization. You may keep backup copies for your licensed use. This license does not authorize distributing modified or renamed versions of the fonts.
5. OWNERSHIP AND TRADEMARKS
Arena Takeover and its rights holders retain all rights in the font software and typeface designs. This license grants usage rights, not ownership. Your original artwork remains yours. No rights to third-party trademarks, team names, logos, or other protected material are granted. No affiliation with, approval by, or endorsement from the NHL, NFL, any league, or any team is implied by these fonts, their names, specimens, or example text.
6. DELIVERY AND SUPPORT
Digital download after payment confirmation. No shipping charge.

7. REFUNDS
Font purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
